New Labor Law Rules
Under the new UAE Labor Law, all employment contracts are 'Limited Term'. The distinction between limited and unlimited contracts for gratuity calculation has been removed. Resignation generally does not reduce your gratuity entitlement if you have completed at least one year of continuous service.
